Housing Development Manager

You will be reporting directly to the Land director, but you will be working with the entire land team dealing with registered providers and local authorities. You will be focusing on the Partnerships arm of the business within the North West region in particular, Manchester, Liverpool, and Cheshire.
You will also be working closely with the planning team to discharge planning conditions on sites.
You will be right for this role if you are ambitious to get into the housebuilding sector with plans to progress up the ladder ! All of which you will be doing while earning £25,-£35, along with other perks!

You will be 1-3 years post-graduation and have worked for either a house builder, housing association, or development consultancy in any area.
Responsibilities
· Identifying Partnerships opportunities in the North West
· Supporting land team with the discharge of Planning conditions
· Lead and take ownership on legal agreements
· Work closely with Registered providers and Housing associations
· Liaising with Land, Commercial and Constructions teams to ensure smooth running of developments
· Maintaining a number of industry contacts in the North West region
Key Requirements
· Degree qualified (ideally property or construction-related)
· 1-3 years post graduation experience working for house builder, housing association or development consultancy
· Understanding of managing developments through the planning application and appeal process.
· Determined and driven individual who has the ability to make the step up within the industry in the short term.
