PM Group requires a site-based Document Controller Consultant in Fife to oversee a project.
Responsibilities
You will bring the following experience with you:
* Document control on an energy project
* Integrating data into electronic systems
* Managing the transmittal process/collaboration process
* Generating periodic reports on the project
* Project filing/document handover process
* Project filing/archiving process
* Providing general department administration support
* Awareness & understanding of applicable company procedures
* Must be willing to travel and work on various sites as the need arises
Qualifications
Requirements:
* 4+ years of Document Control within regulated industries
* Experience with document management systems (EDMS/Collaboration systems)
* Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
* Experience in dealing with multidisciplinary design teams, subcontractors and a wide client base
* Ability to understand technical concepts and work with technical departments and personnel to achieve goals
* Well organised, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication
