Team Operative

We're on the lookout for skilled and motivated Site Operatives to join our on-site teams delivering essential utility projects across the UK. If you're hands-on, safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - this is your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
More about the role:
* Work safely at all times and ensure safety of others on site.
* Attend Stand Downs, Team Briefs, and Toolbox Talks.
* Follow instructions from team leaders/supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
* Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
* Attend mandatory training and refresher courses.
* Keep work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free.
* Accurately record work completed.
* Operate plant and machinery (if trained and certified).
* Collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
* Use and maintain hand/power tools for drainage work.
* Communicate with customers in a professional, courteous manner.
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements.
* Maintain equipment in a safe, serviceable condition.
About you:
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience in drainage or civils construction.
* CSCS card holder.
* Strong awareness of Health & Safety.
* Manual handling ability & outdoor working capability.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.
Desirable :
* CPCS or NPORS certification (e.g. excavator, dumper).
* Street works (NRSWA).
* Confined space and First Aid training.
* Familiarity with digital reporting via mobile devices.
