As our Engagement Officer, you will be a vital link between our transformative training programs and the individuals who need them most. You will work with key referral partners, such as local authorities, Jobcentres and employers, to identify and engage new learners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management:Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners, including Jobcentres and community groups.
2. Outreach and Engagement:Proactively identify new work opportunities and engage with local employment groups to promote our courses.
3. Sales and Marketing Follow-up:Skillfully manage and follow up on inquiries via telephone and email, highlighting the benefits and eligibility criteria of our wide range of programs.
