Exciting Customer Service representative Opportunity!

Pay rate £11.86 per hour
We are actively searching for dedicated individuals with a strong customer service background to become integral members of my clients dynamic team, a leader in Lab Equipment and Lab Supplies. You will be specifically for our Returns & Credits, Key Accounts & EU Maintenance teams
Rotating shifts:
1. Week 1: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
2. Week 2: 9:15 AM to 5:15 PM
3. Finish 15 minutes early on Fridays
Key Requirements:
4. Customer service background is essential
5. IT literacy is a must
6. Proficiency in handling customer phone calls and navigating systems
7. Team integration skills are crucial
8. Hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days home post-training)
Key Responsibilities:
9. Efficient and accurate order entry
10. Handling and responding to customer problems, orders, and inquiries via various channels
11. Serving as a customer advocate, resolving sophisticated queries, and ensuring high levels of customer service
12. Exceeding set SLAs and targets
13. Handling all queries within established processes
14. Striving for continuous process improvement and exceptional service delivery
15. Participating in the departmental training plan and committing to continuous personal improvement
16. Effectively planning and prioritising workload to avoid backlogs
Minimum Requirements (Non-negotiable):
17. Proven ability to multitask in a flexible and fast-paced office environment
18. Success in a target-driven workplace
19. Attention to detail
20. Persistence, self-direction, and results orientation
21. Ability to influence and work effectively across the organisation
22. Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
23. Appreciation and understanding of delivering excellent customer service
