We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator to support the estimating and tender process for a national contractor working across multiple sectors, including commercial and residential.
Location: Oxfordshire
Responsibilities
* Take-offs
* Applying rates
* Cost controlling
* Attaining quotations from specialist contractors
* Utilising estimating software
* Collating quotations and submitting tenders
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year experience
* Technologically savvy
* Some construction knowledge
* Ideally experience tendering on projects over £250k
* Some mechanical experience would be ideal
