The role sits within an established Chartered business that is mid-sized and rapidly expanding due to repeat business and referrals. This role offers immediate access to an established, high-quality client bank and a clear pathway to becoming a fully developed Adviser within a well-resourced and supportive business unit. This opportunity is working alongside a retiring Adviser who is looking at succession planning and is seeking an enthusiastic Paraplanner who would like to take over a client back within a short duration.
The opportunity: This Client com[roses of a close knit and well-established team, a number of well-established Advisors, 30 employees in total and so a full suite of administration support as well as the opportunity to work closely with other senior level Paraplanners and share ideas. They have a very successful client based mostly prized from high net worth individuals from £1m- £20million and beyond.
Experience & Skills Required
* 3+ years’ experience in Wealth Management as a Paraplanner within a client-facing role
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage mass-affluent and HNW clients
* Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of financial planning products, including pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient solutions
