Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor – Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor to join a busy and reputable motorcycle dealership. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding aftersales experience, acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and manage service, repair, and warranty bookings
*
Advise customers on servicing requirements, repair work, and maintenance schedules
*
Accurately raise job cards and explain work required in a clear, professional manner
*
Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion
*
Upsell service plans, accessories, and additional repair work where appropriate
*
Provide accurate cost estimates and gain customer authorisation
*
Handle warranty claims and manufacturer processes in line with brand standards
*
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle progress
*
Ensure all administration and invoicing is completed accurately
*
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance
Skills & Experience Required
*
Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor (motorcycle experience preferred)
*
Strong customer service and communication skills
*
Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycling industry
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
*
Strong organisational and IT skills
*
Commercial awareness with a sales-focused mindset
*
Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence advantageous but not essential)
