About the Role

At Prestige Recruitment Specialists, we partner directly with our clients through dedicated on-site operations to deliver outstanding temporary workforce solutions.

As an Account Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of operations - connecting people, solving staffing challenges, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. You'll collaborate closely with client managers, HR teams, and temporary workers while keeping workforce planning, compliance, and reporting on track.

What You'll Be Doing

Building and managing labour pools to achieve 100% staffing fulfilment
Selecting and coordinating temporary workers
Planning rotas, scheduling shifts, and booking staff
Liaising daily with managers and supervisors to meet staffing demands
Arranging rapid replacement staff for absences or increased demand
Ensuring compliance with UK legislation and company policies (RTW, H&S, AWR, WTD, GDPR)
Building strong working relationships across all departments
Producing KPI reports to strict deadlines
Managing weekly payroll processes and timesheet collection
Updating internal recruitment systems and records
Supporting out-of-hours/on-call requirements when needed
Handling general administrative responsibilitiesAbout You

You're organised, proactive, and confident communicating with people at all levels.

You will have:

✔ Previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential - full training provided)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Fluency in spoken and written English
✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
✔ High levels of discretion and professionalism
✔ Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team
✔ Strong prioritisation and time-management skills
✔ Full driving licence and own transport (preferred)
✔ Motivation, ambition, and a drive to succeed
