This is a rare opportunity to build a clinically regulated organisation from the ground up, combining advanced clinical education, high‑quality patient‑centred care, and meaningful community impact across the East Midlands. Backed by the University of Lincoln but operating with its own commercial autonomy, the CIC will play a pivotal role in improving access to dental services, strengthening the regional workforce pipeline, and supporting place‑based preventative healthcare.
Responsibilities
* Hold full responsibility for strategy, mobilisation, governance, commercial sustainability and system partnership.
* Lead the establishment and growth of state‑of‑the‑art Dental Training Clinics, overseeing facilities, systems design, workforce recruitment, regulatory readiness, and live service delivery.
* Work closely with the CIC Board, the University, NHS partners, public health and the wider oral health community to shape a high‑profile organisation with lasting social and clinical impact.
* Combine strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, influencing services, culture, partnerships and outcomes across the region.
Qualifications
* Proven senior leadership experience in health or NHS‑contracted services.
* Strategic mind with a passion for innovation and community wellbeing.
