What you’ll be doing:
* Winning new property listings and instructions for residential sales.
* Building strong relationships with clients and customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in-house mortgage advisors.
* Delivering exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

What we’re looking for:
* Estate Agency experience: Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator.
* Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Resilient, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email).
* Full UK driving licence.
