Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking for an experience Service Office Lead for a busy Tray Wash Plant in Castleford, WF10. Temp to perm position. Shifts - Days, 6am - 6pm, 4 on 4 off rota Pay Rate - £15.14 per hour The right candidate must have experience within managing a team and running day to day operations. Duties include: Managing teams of up to 10 including FLT Drivers/PPT and Machine Minders Achieving site performance and quality targets through effective and efficient planning and running of the shift Accountable and responsible for their own and others health and safety ensuring H&S protocols are followed Checking Stock and ensuring it is stored correctly Booking drivers in and out Updating the SAP system Motivating a team of operatives through training and development Other duties when required Desirable but not essential: FLT License HACCP for Food Manufacturing IOSH Certification If interested please send an up to date CV to the team which shows the required experience as above.
