Who we are looking for
A Social Media Coordinator who will liaise with adjacent Marketing Services teams, to effectively plan and coordinate regular content and projects to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
You will support the Social Media team, who are responsible for engaging our target audience by creating and sharing content in relation to upcoming events and competitions, along with promoting the Company’s products and promotions.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with key stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to manage projects and deliver to deadlines.
* Highly motivated, positive and proactive work ethic, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as individually.
* Ability to create high quality documentation.
* Proficient in Excel, with the ability to utilise this skillset with strong analytical capabilities.
* Understanding of the main social media platforms.
* Good sporting knowledge.
Main Responsibilities
* Liaising with Creative Design, Video Content and Sports Betting News to coordinate content and maintain schedules.
* Liaising with Marketing Support to lead on the social media impact of Marketing Services projects such as new domains, products, offers and site features.
* Analysing and reporting on departmental data and KPI’s whilst identifying any areas of development to achieve departmental and Business objectives.
* Reviewing and improving processes and procedures.
* Implementing and improving strong lines of communication with departments within Marketing Services.
* Reporting to Social Media Managers on the progress of all projects.
* Assisting with high quality reports for social media and Marketing Services management.
* Conducting regular competitor analysis and providing meaningful suggestions to improve output and engagement.
