Transformation Programme Director – Role Overview
Crowe UK is embarking on a bold, enterprise-wide transformation to deliver its 2030 strategy. Reporting directly to the COO, the Transformation Programme Director will lead the firm’s strategic transformation agenda — overseeing the design, mobilisation and execution of multiple, complex and interdependent workstreams across the Firm. This role will also lead Crowe’s Enterprise PMO, ensuring disciplined programme delivery, governance, reporting and benefits realisation across the transformation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Programme Leadership
* Assist the COO in leading firm-wide transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
* Scope, initiate and manage multiple concurrent workstreams across our operating functions
* Drive delivery excellence and benefits realisation
* Enterprise PMO Management
* Lead the Enterprise PMO, embedding best-practice programme governance
* Maintain the Transformation Roadmap and ensure consistent progress reporting and delivery metrics
* Provide executive-level dashboards and insights to support decision-making
* Stakeholder Engagement
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders across service lines and enabling functions
* Ensure transformation complements BAU priorities and that change is successfully embedded across the firm
* Strategic Delivery
* Translate strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans and capability maps
* Identify and manage interdependencies, risks and resource constraints
* Drive continuous improvement and change adoption across the firm
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes in professional services
* Deep experience in programme delivery, PMO leadership and change management
* Strong understanding of org design, data strategy, technology modernisation and business optimisation
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
* Familiarity with AI, automation, and enterprise data platforms is advantageous
