Salary- up to £50,000 base plus 6-7k service charge
Covers- up to600 covers all day dining, including breakfast and afternoon tea
Team- 29 chefs plus kitchen porters

Is an excellent team player, ready to teach and help others
Works well under pressure in a vibrant high volume kitchen
Has experience working as a head chef is busy leading hotels/restaurants or fast paced independent Gastros
Have your own transport due to the location
