We are seeking a passionate, and dedicated part-time Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client, a well-established nursing and residential care home located in the peaceful village of Stanton Drew, near Chew Magna. This comes with an hourly rate of £20 per hour, working 25 hours per week.
As a Night Nurse (RGN), you’ll be working closely with a supportive team in a homely, person-centred environment that puts resident wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, high-quality clinical care to residents during night shifts
Administer medication, dressings, and treatments in line with clinical protocols
Develop and maintain person-centred care plans
Monitor and manage chronic conditions and respond promptly to any changes in residents’ health
Support care staff and lead by example to ensure consistent, compassionate care delivery
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the wider healthcare team What We’re Looking For
A qualified RGN with a valid NMC PIN
Experience working in elderly or dementia care is preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgement in emergency situations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A compassionate and person-centred approach
