We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who can bring calm confidence, commercial focus, and people-first leadership to our restaurant, bar and room service. What you’ll be doing
* Lead from the front – Set the pace and the tone: clear expectations, strong standards, and leadership that helps people feel secure and motivated.
* Create guest magic (consistently) – Own the experience across the restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring service is smooth, welcoming, and worth returning for.
* Own the numbers, grow the business – Drive revenue, manage payroll and labour planning, and maintain budgets, forecasting and cost control, while keeping a human touch.
* Grow people and performance – Coach, develop and recognise your team, helping individuals build confidence, capability and pride in their work.
