Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a difference and skilled at bringing volunteer projects to life? Join us as a Volunteer Project Officer at the MND Association on a 12-month Fixed Term contract and help shape the future of our volunteer initiatives.
Role Details:
* Location: Northampton, NN3 6BJ, with hybrid working (1 day in-office per week)
* Salary: £32,500 per annum plus benefits
* Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
* Hours: 37 hours per week
Responsibilities:
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate volunteer projects to maximize impact.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
* Monitor and report on project outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience managing people-focused projects.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Highly organized with good time management.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
* Motivated by the mission to support people with MND.
