Xeinadin’s Lancaster office is looking for an experienced tax professional to oversee our tax team and manage a diverse client portfolio.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join our Lancaster office. You will provide guidance and support, and managing a diverse client portfolio that includes high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and professionals. You will deliver clear and practical tax advice while developing strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Preparation and submission of tax compliance for a diverse client base
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to junior staff
* Advise on a wide range of personal tax issues including capital gains tax, inheritance tax and residency
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering proactive advice and identifying advisory opportunities
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal tax legislation and HMRC requirements
* Ensure deadlines are met and compliance is handled efficiently and effectively

Who We’re Looking For

* Minimum ATT qualified; CTA or equivalent experience is desirable
* Solid background in personal tax work
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
