Overview of Role
This exciting and varied role will see you join the Human Resources (HR) division as an HR Analyst where you will provide support to the Generalist (Business Partner) team to ensure the smooth running of all team activities. Part of the role will be supporting the Head of HR, Five Arrows (based in Paris) for the UK Five Arrows division and part will be supporting the wider UK Generalist team.
Responsibilities
Five Arrows
1. Responsible for the coordination of on-boarding and new joiner process – coordinating references, setting up all relevant information regarding employee on HR systems and first day arrangements
2. Responsible for full offboarding process
3. Responsible for payroll input and submission (e.g. contractual variations, new joiners, family friendly leave, unpaid leave etc.)
4. Support Head of HR, Five Arrows in the annual performance review processes
Generalist team
5. Assisting with administration and logistics across the full employee lifecycle
6. Supporting the team with filing of documents
7. Providing HR system support to the team on all employee related matters e.g. producing reports and maintaining and inputting employee data on the HR system
8. Monitoring HR inboxes
9. Ensuring the Generalist intranet is kept up to date
10. Providing ad-hoc support to the team for day-to day queries
