Purchase Ledger Clerk - Immediate Start Required

We're working with a well-established business in the industrial services sector to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an immediate start. This is a temporary role ideal for someone with a solid finance background and strong Excel skills, particularly in VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.

Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately
* Performing supplier statement reconciliations
* Managing and reconciling credit card expenses
* Supporting payment runs and resolving invoice queries
* Using Excel to analyse and report on financial data
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong Excel skills are essential - must be confident with VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
* Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
* Comfortable handling credit card expenses and reconciliations
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Available immediately and open to temporary work
