The Role - Key Responsibilities
* Contributing to and driving showroom sales by effectively promoting service and developing relationships
* Achieving sales targets and converting leads
* Customer Service Champion putting the customer first through a customer driven approach to sales
* Confirm all details with customers and gain their sign off on Planner Sheets, Charters & contracts to ensure errors are minimised
* Use the selling plan guidelines to establish payment method, to help offer the customer the right deal & close the sale
* Carry out appointments professionally and with a focus on service and sales
