Our client is a Specialist Contractor delivering New Build and Refurbishment work on Prime/ Luxury Homes across London and the Home Counties.A key part of their business is Aftercare and Maintenance, supplying anything from swimming pool servicing to warranty/aftercare on building works and small works.The clients are often high profile and HNWI, the focus will be on providing/coordinating a professional and efficient service. The role will involve speaking with clients and staff, coordinating in-house and external contractors ensuring they have relevant information to carry out the work, and client satisfaction. As well as keeping accurate files and records of work carried out and client contracts etcYou will
1. Managing diaries coordinating with clients and contractors.
2. Check maintenance reports from contractors and advise clients of any additional work required.
3. Check and sign contracts for Aftercare packages.
4. Process weekly timesheets.
5. Gather information from contractors for Aftercare renewals.
6. Check that invoices received correspond with raised payment certificates.
7. Keep a record of maintenance and remedial costs.
You will have:
8. Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
9. Clear and articulate telephone manner.
10. Preferred experience with diary management systems (ideally SimPro).
11. Experience in organising and managing maintenance trades/sub-contractors.
