As a Media Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping the paid media strategy behind one of the UK's most ambitious and high-profile recruitment marketing programmes.
Working across the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force, you'll transform audience insight, research and campaign objectives into smart, effective media plans that deliver results. From digital channels such as search, social, programmatic, connected TV and digital audio, through to offline media and strategic partnerships, you'll help ensure every campaign reaches the right audience at the right time.
You'll work closely with our strategy, creative and account teams, helping to develop communications frameworks, define channel strategies and identify opportunities to maximise campaign performance. You'll also build strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders, using data, insight and market intelligence to continually optimise our approach.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with analytical rigour, and who wants to help shape media campaigns that make a genuine impact across the UK's Armed Forces recruitment programme.
You enjoy media consumption trends, and how to apply these to different outcomes through the funnel. You enjoy turning data and insight into actionable plans, and you're naturally curious about emerging channels, technologies and trends.
You'll bring experience from a media planning environment, with a strong understanding of how different channels work together to deliver effective campaigns. Comfortable working with data, research and audience insight, you'll be confident presenting recommendations and collaborating with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
Most importantly, you'll be commercially aware, highly organised and excited by the opportunity to work on campaigns that reach millions of people across the UK.
We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from persons regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
