This ensures effective systems and controls are in place to support efficient service delivery for DVSA. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to: Leading and managing people‑related systems and services, ensuring effective controls and reliable service delivery in collaboration with internal service owners and third‑party suppliers. Overseeing the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central–SAP integration and associated administration teams, ensuring platforms operate effectively, securely and in line with business needs. Managing inbound and outbound integrations with SAP, including interfaces with HR, Finance and Procurement systems, ensuring data flows are reliable and well governed. Chairing regular service management meetings, holding suppliers and partners to account for performance, delivery issues and service improvement actions. Working with senior stakeholders to develop, enhance and maintain system services, with a particular focus on SAP, payment systems and HR‑related integrations. Leading system upgrades, enhancements and integration initiatives, assessing impacts on HR and people services and ensuring changes are delivered safely and effectively.
