Job Title: Talent Management Business Partner, EMEA - Commercial, Data, IP Tech & Trade, Colchester
This role involves collaborating with Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) and Business Managers (BMs) within the EMEA CDIT Practice Group to enhance performance and development. The position requires close coordination with the EMEA Director of Talent Management and other colleagues to provide high-quality HR business partnering support.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Operate as a Business Partner to understand strategic needs related to people management.
2. Coordinate with Talent Management and Recruitment teams for engagement, team planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, organizational development, and integration.
3. Support and coordinate talent review processes and performance evaluations.
4. Assess and address training needs and provide coaching sessions.
5. Assist in implementing engagement and organizational development initiatives.
6. Support lateral partner integration and provide HR advisory support.
7. Collaborate with leadership to develop People strategies and resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
* Extensive HR/Talent Management experience, preferably in professional services.
* Experience across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.

Additional Information:
Occasional travel may be required. The role is based in Colchester, UK, with EU work permit required.
