Job Summary
MDC PCN aims to work strategically with all its practices, to help secure the best services for patients whilst working together, to support the member practices in the challenges of a changing NHS. The network aims to improve the morale of general practice in Bromley, by sharing expertise, services and supporting its workforce. The network will make a positive impact on medical services in Bromley, by working closely with the ICB, local NHS trusts, local providers and patient groups, to improve the delivery of healthcare to the local population.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Team Supervisor to join our team. As MDC PCN Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the Network Manager and the MDC team. The role requires a proactive attitude with a helpful and approachable manner to support efficiency and respond with solutions to aid the services provided. You will be required to have a thorough knowledge of the EMIS clinical system as well as other IT software solutions to work cohesively with the PCN practices. As a newly formed role in 2025 due to the addition of the White Horse Hill practice site, there will be potential for this position to develop as the PCN grows.
This role is for 32.5 hours per week working across 5 days (Monday - Friday).
Working hours: 10.30am - 5.30pm 5 days a week = 32.5 hours (30 mins unpaid break)
Salary: Depending on experience, will be discussed at interview.
