The Role

Please note – this is a field sales role – the Account Manager will operate in an area circa 2hrs+ from the Manchester / Greater Manchester / Warrington / Chester, UK with the expectation of 4 days a week in the field.

Join Evolution Funding’s Account Management Team and get to work with the industry’s leading automotive and finance brands. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will play a key part in delivering the regions financial performance targets through delivering an outstanding Account Management service to all existing dealer relationships whilst developing new business opportunities in the region.

Our scope and capabilities go far beyond that of a traditional broker. Evolution is at the forefront of digital finance journeys, with our technology powering a broad range of customer experiences in the motor finance market. Working with senior leadership teams across dealerships of all sizes and types from large, franchised PLCs to local family-owned businesses; you will understand their requirements, identify opportunities, and present multi-layered solution proposals that will include our award-winning technology and un-paralleled panel of lenders.

We offer our Account Managers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in which to deliver key business metrics and support them with a range of tools, expertise, and a market leading product portfolio.


Qualifications

The successful candidate is likely to have the following skills, experience & outlook:

* Previous experience of selling Automotive Finance products (ideally from a brokerage background) with a great understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate.
* Field Sales experience.
* Experience of presenting multi-layered proposals to senior leadership teams in companies of all sizes from franchised PLCs to local family-owned businesses.
* Motivated by a strong team ethos and collective team success.
* Ambitious, competitive and target driven personality.
* Ability to work proactively and plan time effectively.
* Ability to think strategically in a fast-moving market.
