Hodge Hill Girls School is seeking an ambitious, passionate, and experienced Subject Leader of PSHCE who can also teach across the Humanities curriculum.
About the Role
* Lead and manage the strategic development of PSHCE across the school.
* Deliver engaging and inclusive PSHCE lessons that promote students’ personal development, wellbeing and citizenship.
* Teach Humanities subjects (e.g. History, Geography, or RE) to a high standard across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of the PSHCE curriculum, ensuring it meets statutory requirements.
* Support staff in delivering effective PSHCE lessons through training and resources.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school.

* Excellent classroom practitioner with a track record of strong outcomes.
* Experience or ambition to lead a subject area.

* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
