MainResponsibilitiesBusinessSupportAdministrator
1.ToprovideadministrativesupporttotheSeniorEstateSurveyorandthePropertyTeaminrelationtoTheKingCentrebusinesscentre.
2.TooperatethereceptiondesktoincludeameetandgreetserviceforvisitorstotheCouncilsbusinesstenantsandtoactasthemainpointofcontactforthebusinesscentreduringofficehours.
3.Tooperatedepartmentalcomputersystemsasrequired.
4.Tosetupspreadsheetsordatabasesasmaybenecessary.
5.Toadministerincomingandoutgoingpostanddistributeinternally&externallyasmaybenecessary.
6.Toproducereportsandotherdocumentsinformatsappropriatetoclientgroups.
7.Tosupporttheadministrationofinvoicesto/fromcreditorsanddebtorsandotherfinancialadministration.
8.ToprovidesupporttotheSeniorEstatesSurveyoroftheKingCentreintheareasoflettings,day-to-daypropertymanagementandgeneralHealthandSafety,asappropriate.
9.Toarrangemeetingsandroombookingsandtakeminutesasrequired.
11.ToactinaccordancewiththeprinciplessetoutintheEmployeeCodeofConductandtheCouncilsValues,recognisingthedutyofallpublicsectoremployeestodischargepublicfunctionsreasonablyandaccordingtothelaw.
