Commercial Lead
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
About Your Opportunity:
The Commercial Lead is responsible for managing commercial and contracts activities on multi-million pound contracts supporting NGUK's Defence & National Security customers. The role also involves supporting the wider Commercial team across various sectors including Cyber, Maritime, and Aerospace.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the commercial point of contact for key contracts, supporting NG's Defence & National Security customers
* Manage contractual changes and lead programme teams to incorporate these into proposals
* Negotiate contract terms, scope, and pricing in collaboration with relevant teams
* Support legal review of contracts
* Assist with high-value, complex proposals and negotiations
Your Experience:
* Degree in Law, Business, Economics, or related fields with significant commercial management experience in defence, IT, or engineering sectors
* Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
* Experience with proposal review and strategic negotiations
* Experience in process development
