We manage over 1000 tenanted properties and provide factoring services to over 1700 residents. The role is to ensure the delivery of a responsive, effective and efficient property service. The postholder will be expected to carry out a range of technical services including void inspections as well as monitor both reactive and planned maintenance activities. You must be committed to delivery of customer focussed services, aiming to always provide a high-quality response, and have experience of prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
