About you

* A track record of managing complex delivery mandates
* A track record of successfully placing candidates within similar organisations
* A desire to progress to a leadership role within the company
* Commercial acumen and business awareness
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent research and written capabilities
* Self-driven, motivated, and resilient approach to achieving goals
* The ability to handle multiple priorities and work to deadlines
* The ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
