Location: East Grinstead & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Start Dates
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team across East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. From full-time positions to flexible day‑to‑day bookings, we’ll find the right placements where your support can truly shine.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting teachers with lessons and daily classroom activities
* Supporting pupils individually or in small groups
* Helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Assisting children with additional learning needs, adapting approaches where needed
* Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
* Working closely with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children (across different age groups is a bonus)
* A patient, caring, and adaptable attitude
* Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs and abilities
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
