Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Sheffield Specialist School – Up to £550 per week – Full-Time Are you a graduate with a 2:1 or above, eager to start a rewarding career in education? This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils aged 11–19 who have a wide range of additional learning needs, including autism, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties. The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant: As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom support, deliver 1:1 interventions, and assist small group learning sessions. You’ll help pupils access the curriculum, manage their individual needs, and develop both academic and social skills. The Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role is varied and highly rewarding, giving you valuable experience in behaviour management, differentiation, and SEN interventions.
