HEINEKEN Finance Graduate Programme
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Salary and Package: £30,000 plus great benefits
Location: Edinburgh Head Office (Hybrid working)
Closing Date: Sunday 9th November 2025 (early closure possible)
Our two‑year Finance graduate programme offers a 360 view of HEINEKEN UK’s Finance function, with opportunity to work across a market‑leading brewer with world‑renowned brands and a significant pub estate. You will be supported by over 140 finance colleagues and immersed in the business from day one. Graduates may move into various finance or wider HEINEKEN UK roles.
A bit about the role
Graduates play an important part in our future. The programme consists of four rotations over two years, including two core placements in Reporting & Accounting and Process & Control Improvements. Additional rotations could cover Commercial Finance, Strategic Planning, Star Pubs Finance, Tax, or Procurement. Each rotation delivers hands‑on experience, exposure to senior leaders, and the chance to contribute to business‑critical projects.
The programme is based at our new central Head Office in Edinburgh, with travel to our London office or production sites to broaden your view of operations. You’ll need to be robust, flexible, adventurous, detail‑oriented, and enjoy problem‑solving.
Professional study is available, potentially leading to a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) qualification. Current finance graduates are on a Finance Leadership Programme to fast‑track the CIMA qualification.
