IT Support Engineer - 3 Month Contract (Likely Extension)
Location: Central London (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
Contract Length: 3 Months - this role could become permanent at the end of this 3 months.
Start Date: ASAP
**Note that this role is a part time, 3x day a week role and would require you to be on site in Central London.
Overview:
You will join a dynamic business in the HR Tech Space. You will play a key role in providing Tier 1 / 1st Line IT support across a predominantly Mac-based environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in IT support who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven workplace. Any experience of working with and supporting Google Workspace and OKTA administration would be highly advantageous. Jamf would also be great, but these are non-essentials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st line support to end users, both remotely and onsite
* Perform hardware setup in a predominantly Mac Environment (90%) and some Windows (10%)
* Carry out account setup and deactivation
* Unlock user accounts, reset passwords, and manage account access changes
* Respond to user requests and prioritise support tickets accordingly
* Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
Technical Requirements:
* Prior experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role
* Strong knowledge of MacOS (90% of the environment); experience with Windows also needed
* Familiarity with Google Workspace
* Experience with Jamf and OKTA would be a big bonus!
* Experience with basic user account administration tasks (e.g., unlocking accounts, password resets)
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
Additional Information:
* This is an initial 3-month contract, with high likelihood of extension
* Onsite presence required 3 days per week in Central London (Tuesday to Thursday)
