Job Summary
The HR Data Analyst plays a crucial role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making within the HR department. This position involves reviewing HR data, identifying trends related to employee performance, turnover, absenteeism, and other critical metrics. The HR Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to guide HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review HR data and analyse data, solve problems, give us critical insights (example: if there was absence data, identify the issues by locations / customer / manager etc.)
* Review data related to employee demographics, compensation, benefits, and performance.
* Identify discrepancies, outliers, and patterns within the data.
* Analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness) to provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with HR business partners to address specific challenges (e.g., improving retention, reducing absenteeism).
* Provide recommendations for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.
* Create reports for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
About You:
* HR experience not essential but may help.
* Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and predictive analysis.
* Qualifications (desirable): Maths, statistics, data science or analytics.
* Strong communication skills being able to build relationship Directors and board members.
