Job description
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to support the daily care, learning, and development of young children. The role involves working closely with the Nursery Practitioners and Room Leaders to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
Responsibilities
* Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
* Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment
* Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic understanding of child development
* Relevant childcare qualification
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
