This is an exciting new position that offers the opportunity to learn on the job while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification, supported and sponsored by PiLON. With only one Customer Service Advisor currently in post, you’ll play an important part in helping shape how our customer service function evolves as the business expands. You'll receive structured training, ongoing support, and opportunities to build your skills and confidence in a real-world environment. What You'll Be Doing: As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll be supporting our operations team in ensuring a positive experience for residents and clients throughout our social housing refurbishment and repairs projects. Your role will include: Answering incoming calls from the public and our stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner Assisting with logging and resolving complaints under supervision Supporting day-to-day administration tasks to help the customer service team run smoothly Taking clear and accurate messages and ensuring they reach the right person Helping to keep resident records up to date Learning how to manage resident expectations and communicate effectively Contributing to project success through consistent and thoughtful service What You’ll Learn: Effective communication and listening skills Complaint handling and conflict resolution techniques Office administration and customer service systems Teamwork and time management How social housing refurbishment and repairs projects are delivered What We’re Looking For: This is an entry-level role, so we don’t expect you to have previous experience – just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
