WHATARE WE LOOKING FOR …
You will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skillsand the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines from a variety ofstakeholders and employees of The Celtic Collection.
A first-class multitasker withoutstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your owninitiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and takean alternative approach when necessary.
A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literateis necessary for this role. Previous experience in andadministrative role is essential.
WHATYOU’LL DO …
Handle all enquiries promptly,in accordance with the department Service Level Agreement, ensuring thatevery caller receives a friendly and efficient response. Systemsadministration and maintaining accurate records.
Take minutes for a variety ofmeetings and produce the documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Produce and distribute emailsand reports as requested. Always maintainingthe strictest levels of confidentiality when dealing with issues. Assist the team with all admin duties
