Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective foster carers, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported.
* Supervise and support foster carers to ensure best practices that meet the welfare needs of foster children.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
* Deliver training and advice to foster carers to empower them with the skills required to support children effectively.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development to achieve team objectives.
