Family Law Solicitor, Bournemouth Due to some internal changes within the department structure there is now an opportunity for an assistant or associate level solicitor to join a famous name who are looking to strengthen. This is really suited to someone at 2 to 5 years PQE, well trained and able to pick up a caseload under supervision, of good quality, high net worth matters, all privately funded. The Bournemouth team attracts local and national work and you would be working alongside noted senior associates and directors. The type of work coming into the team is varied and includes complex cases some of them with international dimensions. Matters relate to children matters, divorce, separation and financial cases. Also non-molestation orders and occupation orders, as well as cases relating to Land trusts. You will be self confident and accomplished fee earner perhaps with advocacy skills and you will have experience of offering clear and straightforward advice to your clients.
