Up to £30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will:
* Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
* Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
* Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.

Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital offers orthopaedics, spinal surgery, eye care, oncology, diagnostic imaging, and general surgery. Located on the outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa with easy access by rail and road; large, free car park.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered with the appropriate governing body, with qualifications and experience relevant to your registration (NMC or HCPC)
* Post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment

Additional information
The bank/ad hoc position means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but rather work on an ad-hoc basis to suit business needs and your availability. Holiday entitlement in line with the Working Time Directive; Pension Scheme and discounted gym membership (£25.00 per month).
