A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Project Manager to manage complex change initiatives and ensure smooth delivery of business transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage change projects up to £5m, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and risk management
* Engage and influence stakeholders across business and technology to drive adoption and project progress
* Chair progress reviews, ensuring robust documentation and governance for decision-making
* Drive organisational readiness, supporting business adoption of changes
* Contribute to the development and improvement of Change and Project Management toolkits
Essential Skills:
* Strong project and change management experience
* Ability to plan, sequence, and manage complex change initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
* Experience managing external suppliers and cross-functional teams
* Knowledge of financial services, regulatory requirements, or enterprise-scale transformation
