Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.
We are currently recruiting for a Taxi Fleet & Licensing Coordinator to our growing teamwho will be responsible for the maintenance and management of our replacement taxi fleet. An important part of this role is to build good strong professional working relationships with different Local Authorities / Councils throughout the UK.

You will be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to your stake holders and ensure that everyone has a positive experience by delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities to include:
· Monitoring and processing all new taxi hire inquiries daily, with workload distribution and task prioritisation occasionally managed by senior staff when necessary.
· Taking vehicles for Taxi Tests and Licensing Appointments.
· Coordinating the delivery of Private Hire vehicles.
· Building and maintaining professional relationships with Local Authorities across the UK to secure Council Licences for taxi vehicles.
· Organising and scheduling MOTs and licensing appointments for taxi vehicles.
· Updating CRM with relevant MOT, PCO, and licensing details.
· Arranging for drivers to take vehicles for PCO and Licence tests.
· Uploading and sending documents (e.g., V5s, Licenses, MOTs) to the CRM system and clients.
· Performing ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business.
· Coordinating with suppliers.
· Communicating with clients via telephone to arrange hires
About You:
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Full Uk Drivers License.
· Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work using ones own initiative and as part of a team
· Ability to work under pressure
