We’re working with a growing and forward-thinking accountancy group who are on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator to join their busy team based in Epsom. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment that values collaboration, quality and career development.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the full payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy at every stage
* Handling RTI submissions, pension uploads and producing reports for payments and third parties
* Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting document control
* Preparing and submitting CIS returns
* Supporting and training junior members of the payroll team
* Staying up to date with the latest HMRC legislation and payroll best practices
* Preparing month-end journals and audit reports
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience running multiple client payrolls, ideally within a practice or professional services setting
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pension auto-enrolment, and data protection
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and confidence working to tight deadlines
* Strong IT skills – experience using BrightPay would be a bonus, but full training is available
