Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an organised and enthusiastic Student Admissions Officer to support the delivery of admissions within a higher education environment. This role is central to ensuring applications are managed swiftly and accurately, while providing excellent service to prospective and enrolled students.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, offering clear advice and support via phone and email to a diverse international student community and their sponsors. They will also help applicants understand the benefits of higher education programmes and guide them in selecting the most suitable course for their goals.
This position involves close collaboration with programme management and client relations teams to contribute to recruitment activity and ensure enrolment targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities

* Deliver timely, professional responses to student enquiries.
* Communicate course features and outcomes effectively to ensure the right match for applicants.
* Support enrolment tracking and contribute to meeting recruitment targets.
