You Are:
A passionate, dynamic, and qualified Head Chef hungry for a new challenge
Experienced with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
Knowledgeable about Health & Safety and running a professional kitchen
Proven at managing a kitchen, controlling stock, GP, and driving profitability
Comfortable in high-volume environments and fast-paced service
Technical, detail-oriented, and able to spot and solve problems quickly
A confident communicator who can lead, motivate, and develop a team
Experienced with opening new sites (beneficial)
