Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the Transaction Services department in the Midlands.
* Recruit, develop and retain staff at all levels.
* Win work for the business, either for yourself or other departments.
* Develop key relationships in the Midlands with lawyers, bankers and other finance professionals.
Profile / Qualifications
* Established Transactions professional with an extensive Midlands network
* Track record of developing talent
* True leadership skills, excellent communication skills and a desire to inspire your colleagues
